About

Asiri Silva is an Associate Director of Data Science where he leads a team of data scientists solving business problems using data and analytics. ​

Asiri has over a decade of experience utilizing data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to provide data-driven solutions to clients. Asiri is an expert in developing custom algorithms and conducting simulations for client engagements that require unique analytics solutions.  ​

His core areas of expertise include customer churn, supply-demand, market expansion, and site selection models, with a focus on retail, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.​

Asiri has a Master of Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BSc. in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Extracurricular

Asiri has two daughters that he loves very much. Outside of work, you might find him busy helping the girls with piano, playing chess, basketball, cycling, going on hikes, and being outdoorsy in and around Chicago.​
