The Women of Stax is a global resource group dedicated to fostering an environment where women can excel and feel empowered. We bring together women across all roles and offices to create an inclusive and supportive community that embraces diversity and strives for equity.

We champion equity by providing every woman with the opportunities, resources, and support needed to succeed, and ensuring that everyone is held to the same standard. Through mentorship, advocacy, and access to development programs, we work to remove barriers and foster an environment of equal opportunity.
Empowerment
We are dedicated to creating an environment where women can voice their ideas confidently, embrace leadership roles, and grow as professionals. Our group fosters empowerment through leadership development, workshops, and providing platforms for women to lead, inspire, and drive meaningful change.

We are committed to building a supportive, inclusive community where every woman feels heard, valued, and connected. Through both networking and social events, we create a space where women can bring their authentic selves, forming meaningful relationships and fostering a culture of belonging.
