As Chief of Staff and Head of Sales Operations at Stax, Connor Novy bridges high-level vision with tactical execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to enhance business performance. With a strong background in strategy execution, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, Connor specializes in leading strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and sustainable growth. Passionate about fostering collaboration and business transformation, she leverages quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize sales processes and support Stax’s continued innovation. 

 

Prior to her current role, Connor served as Director of Strategy & Operations at SmarterTravel, where she guided strategic decision-making and product planning and managed high-priority initiatives. She also spent several years at Stax in consulting roles, working with private equity clients to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations across the investment lifecycle.

Education

Connor earned her bachelors in Economics and masters in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. 

Extracurricular

When she isn’t in the office, Connor finds much of her entertainment from stories – mainly through reading books and cinema. And if there’s a group ready for a game of bridge, she’s always happy to join in!
