Witold Czartoryski is a Managing Director at Stax’s London office, where he leads the firm’s EMEA tech-enabled business services and consumer-focused verticals. With nearly two decades of private equity consulting experience, Witold specializes in commercial due diligence, strategy, value creation, and sell-side strategy development.

At Stax, Witold enhances the firm’s capabilities by delivering innovative, data-driven, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions to help clients achieve strategic growth and successful exits. His extensive knowledge of tech-enabled business models positions him as a key leader in driving impactful client outcomes.

Witold’s career includes nearly 20 years at OC&C Strategy Consultants, BCG's Private Equity Practice, and Strategy& Deals teams, where he honed his skills in advising top-tier private equity funds. An Oxford graduate with degrees in Engineering and Computing Science, Witold combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to develop recommendations that closely align to private equity investment criteria. 

Extracurricular

A tech enthusiast through and through, many of Witold’s hobbies involve tech. His garage — now a showroom — displays his cycling, sailing, skiing, and kitesurfing equipment. Staying on the cutting edge, Witold utilizes an AI-powered cross-fit and yoga trainer to stay in shape.
