Based in Colombo, the Stax Academy aims to establish an on-demand and modern learning platform. It is dedicated to equipping future business leaders with the skills needed to tackle the challenges of the global economy.


The program offers a combination of micro-learning modules focused on specific functional and professional skill pillars that are essential for establishing a successful career in any industry.

We want to empower Sri Lankan youth with the opportunity to acquire international work experience locally.

How We Select

Step 1 - Application

Step 2 - Initial Connect

Once you have registered, the team will reach out to conduct an introductory session about Stax Academy.

Step 3 - Assessment

Applicants are required to successfully complete an assessment.

Step 4 - Selection

Assessments will be evaluated and suitable candidates for the Academy will be selected.
